Rare & Vintage offers 24 hour access to our listings and stock held by our partnered brokers overseas, displaying inventory in real time.

Original Packaging

All wines are delivered in their original case or packaging whenever possible.

Wine Level

Each bottle must be filled to the base of the neck or higher, and consistent across the case.

Wine Colour

Colour is carefully checked to ensure no signs of heat damage or oxidation.

No Leakage or Cork Damage

Bottles show no signs of leakage, seepage, or cork push.

Pristine Labels

Labels are clean, intact, and properly attached with no fading or peeling.

Guy Palmer-Brown - Wine Buyer

Guy brings decades of global wine experience to the Rare Vintage team. With a formal degree in Viticulture and Oenology, WSET Diploma and winemaking experience in Bordeaux, Burgundy, and Oregon, he possesses a producer’s deep understanding of wine.

His expertise was further sharpened in the UK’s top hospitality venues, where he managed the wine program for the internationally acclaimed Clove Club. He later co-founded and ran his own restaurant, earning a Michelin star and the title of the UK’s Best Restaurant. Before moving to Australia in 2021, he was the Wine Director for London’s prestigious NoMad Hotel. Now based in South Australia, Guy uses his unparalleled industry connections and market insight to source the fine and rare wines that define the Rare Vintage collection. He is currently a student in the prestigious Master of Wine program.
